No Bake Peanut Butter Nests
Makes 12 to 14
1/4 cup peanut butter (I use Natural Organic)
1/8 cup butter or margarine, softened (2 tablespoons)1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Peanut M&M's

In a small bowl, whip the peanut butter and butter until creamy. Add the sugars and whip until smooth. Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract, flour (add the flour slowly in case you need slightly less than recipe indicates) and stir until combined. Now you will have a big ball of dough, I mixed that with my hand to get it nice and smooth.
The dough should be easy to work with and form into balls , roll the dough into 1 inch golf ball-sized shapes, gently push in and insert the M&M's candy. Refrigerate for about 1 hour or freeze. Take out and let thaw a little, and then dig in. See how easy that was, and you have a wonderful Spring / Easter cookie that you and the kids will love. *You can also make the dough up and freeze for a later date.
